2014 NEW TERMS. .... along with the school terms. Winter break in July. Classes are on the same days. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Very delightful people joining all the time searching for better health. 5.15pm Tuesday and 5.30pm on Wednesday.

Moving forward through the year TERM 2 is starting 30 APRIL 2013 and we enjoy some fabulous weather...calm and consistent. Time for harvesting, planting, settling, breathing and enjoying the regular routine of safe and sound days. Looking one more time that all the good things come together: good food, organic local produce, nice people to enjoy good times with and discuss our environment, networking and linking up to know this is home. Form a pact with your Yoga teacher and live healthier for longer.

I am a very pragmatic person. I do believe that we can be fit and healthy for as long as we are prepared to look after ourselves. I am determined to live a good life!
