Moving forward through the year TERM 2 is starting 30 APRIL 2013  and we enjoy some fabulous weather...calm and consistent.  Time for harvesting, planting, settling, breathing and enjoying the regular routine of safe and sound days.  Looking one more time that all the good things come together: good food, organic local produce, nice people to enjoy good times with and discuss our environment, networking and linking up to know this is home. Form a pact with your Yoga teacher and live healthier for longer.

The Good Life - We can do it

Image
I am a very pragmatic person. I do believe that we can be fit and healthy for as long as we are prepared to look after ourselves.  I am determined to live a good life! Vital ingredients are - my skills of being a Yoga teacher (IYTA, Sydney - teaching member). www.iyta.org.au - my dedication of being an artist and now enjoying studies at COFA, UNSW. www.cofa.unsw.edu.au - my continuing interest in applying the Alexander Technique .  www.alexanderschool.edu.au And this is  - why I am a farmer, working with natural methods, growing my own food and selling naturally grown garlic and vegetables.  www.kempsey.wix.com/ourfarm    - why I am friends with a few wonderful people:  Luisa! THE GOOD NEWS IS: It is working!   The NEW YOGA YEAR - term by term - starts 5 February 2013
